When life changes, how do you find your way through?
Sometimes life changes in ways you expect. Sometimes it changes in ways you never saw coming.
You might be grieving a loss, questioning a relationship, or moving through a major life transition. Maybe you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply feeling that something isn’t right.
You don’t need to have the answers before you come to therapy. You just need to know that you’d like something to feel different.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, have the honest conversations that can be hard to have anywhere else, and get curious about what’s really going on. Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, what matters to you, and what might help you move forward.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
I’m Janine, and I’m here to help you find your way through.
I work with adults navigating grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I’m a human first, therapist second. My style is warm, curious, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I’ll ask questions, share what I’m noticing, challenge you when it feels helpful, and help you make sense of what’s going on.
I really believe the relationship matters. You should feel comfortable showing up as you are, without having to have it all figured out.
Whatever brings you through the door, we’ll start there.
If something here resonates, I’d love to hear from you and learn more about what’s bringing you here.
