About Me
My journey—as a daughter, mother, partner, sister, friend, and fellow human—has shaped my path to becoming a therapist. These roles have given me firsthand experience with life’s ups and downs, allowing me to meet clients with deep compassion, understanding, and empathy. It’s this lived perspective that grounds my work and fosters meaningful connections.
Reaching out for help was hard at the beginning, but it gave me the support I needed to get through some hard life transitions. I learned how powerful it can be to have a safe, non-judgmental space to tell your story and feel less alone. I draw on my own life experience to create that same kind of supportive space for others.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), registration number 14458. I received a diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy through the Gestalt Institute of Toronto’s five-year training program. I also maintain a professional membership with the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy.
