About Me
My path to becoming a therapist came after many years in another career and through my own experiences of change, growth, and transition. The roles I’ve held as a daughter, mother, partner, sister, friend, and fellow human have shaped how I understand the complexity of relationships, life transitions, and the challenges we all face.
I know how powerful it can be to have a space where you can tell your story, feel heard, and not have to carry everything alone. I bring that understanding into my work with clients by creating a space that is genuine, compassionate, and grounded.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (#14458), I abide by the code of ethics and the standards of practice of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and am also a professional member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy.
