I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in compassion, honesty, authenticity and sometimes humour. I bring my full presence to each session, helping you feel seen and supported as you discover your inner resources and empowering you to navigate challenges with confidence.
I strive to build trust, as I believe it’s the strongest tool in therapy. From there, my approach is to support you in uncovering your own answers and to make meaning of difficult experiences. I create space for reflection and exploration, which can bring a fresh perspective to how you’re feeling about something.
I meet my clients where they are now, what is coming in with them to our sessions; together we’ll explore new ways of understanding yourself and connecting with what brings you safety, security, and joy.
